IT & AUTOMATION INTERN

Supporting our supply chain operations through procurement, inventory management, logistics and hands-on technical activities.
Technical & Quality
-
Support setup and maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops, printers and network
-
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
-
Assist with user account setup, system monitoring, backups and security practices
-
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on IT matters
-
Identify inefficiencies and build simple automation workflows (for example Power Automate or Excel macros)

Contribute to internal tools, scripts and utilities
-
Support testing, debugging and basic deployment
-
Explore basic API integration where applicable
-
Clean, validate and organise data
-
Build simple reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
-
Support data structuring for operational needs
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or a related ICT discipline
-
Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
-
Familiar with Excel and digital tools
-
Proactive, willing to learn, with a problem-solving mindset
-
Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills
-
Available for a full internship period of 20 to 24 weeks
