Responsibilities:

• Research and test AI tools and automation solutions relevant to business operations
• Support the development of small-scale AI and automation prototypes under guidance
• Explore use cases where AI can improve existing workflows
• Collect, organise and analyse data to support AI and automation projects
• Prepare and clean data for AI model testing
• Document findings, processes and outcomes of each project
• Work with different departments to understand process pain points that AI or automation could help solve
• Support testing and collect feedback on deployed solutions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Basic programming skills (Python preferred)
• Interest in AI tools, automation and problem-solving
• Proactive and willing to learn, comfortable experimenting when things don't work the first time
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Available for a full internship period of 20 to 24 weeks
