Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and complete Bill of Material (BOM) costing within required timelines.
• Propose alternate component manufacturer part numbers (MPN) on BOMs to manage cost, availability, and lead time risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers on cost, lead time, delivery schedules, including timely escalation where required.
• Provide customer sales administration support including quotation preparation and sales documentation (e.g., compliance reports, inspection reports).
• Monitor and coordinate components and material logistics movements to support production and customer delivery timelines.
• Perform stock taking, re-packing, and labelling of received components and materials in accordance with internal requirements.
• Prepare completed PCBA packaging and delivery documentation for shipment to customers.
• Manage Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and liaise with suppliers on quality rejects and replacement actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or supply chain roles within EMS/CM sectors.
• Candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior position.
• Good knowledge of the EMS electronics market and competitors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IPC-6012, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 standards is an advantage.
