Responsibilities:

• Support setup and maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops, printers and network
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
• Assist with user account setup, system monitoring, backups and security practices
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on IT matters
• Identify inefficiencies and build simple automation workflows (for example Power Automate or Excel macros)
• Contribute to internal tools, scripts and utilities
• Support testing, debugging and basic deployment
• Explore basic API integration where applicable
• Clean, validate and organise data
• Build simple reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Support data structuring for operational needs

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or a related ICT discipline
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
• Familiar with Excel and digital tools
• Proactive, willing to learn, with a problem-solving mindset
• Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills
• Available for a full internship period of 20 to 24 weeks
