Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical sales presentations
• Support sales activities before and after closing deals
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Understand customer technical requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate and qualify sales leads
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and after-sales support
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage and support marketing and event activities
• Design creative sales and marketing materials
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers and agencies for marketing materials and event logistics
• Support digital marketing, including social media and website content where required
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
• Support new product or service launches with sales and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
• Experience in sales, marketing, event management or electronics is an advantage
• Positive attitude with strong initiative and customer-handling skills
• Creative, disciplined and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up skills and a results-driven mindset
• Tenacious, motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
