Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telemarketing activities and deliver technical sales presentations.
  • Support and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities, including quotation preparation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate and support marketing and event management activities.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain sales activity reports and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Design and support the development of sales and marketing materials.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional sales and marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, event management, SAP, PCB, or electronics-related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills with a professional approach.
  • Demonstrated initiative, discipline, and strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Results-oriented with the resilience and determination to achieve sales targets.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
