Responsibilities:

• Assist with SAP data entry and maintenance of supplier and purchasing information
• Help prepare and load purchase orders and related documentation
• Support goods receipting to keep AP invoicing accurate
• Update the Open List status daily
• Assist with courier bookings and coordinating deliveries of components and materials
• Help maintain the material holding and inventory storage area
• Support regular stock takes to keep inventory levels accurate
• Repack received components and materials, and label items for easy identification
• Photograph PCB, PCBA and components, and scan reports for record-keeping
• Assist with incoming quality checks against design specifications, under guidance
• Support handling of quality rejects, RMAs and corrective action reports
• Help maintain compliance documents such as CoC and RoHS, and prepare inspection reports
• Learn hand soldering and basic board inspection, with training and supervision provided
• Follow lab, warehouse and equipment safety and cleanliness protocols
• Join process improvement projects assigned by the Supply Chain Manager

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Electronics or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Interest in electronic components and PCB/PCBA handling (no prior soldering or SAP experience needed, training provided)
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable switching between office tasks and hands-on technical work
• Able to work in a warehouse and lab environment, stand for extended periods and handle components safely
• Reliable and proactive
• Available for a full internship period of 20 to 24 weeks
